The Outreach Ministry Team has once again chosen Operation Christmas Child as their Christmas project.

Operation Christmas Child is a project of  Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization. Their mission is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations. They ship these simple gifts outside the United States to children affected by war, poverty,  natural  disaster, famine, and disease; and to children living on Native American reservations in the U.S.

We still have 12 empty shoe boxes to fill. Please take a box (or more) and fill with the items that are suggested (you will receive a list with your box).  All boxes must be returned to the church by November 24th - - they will be taken to Emmaus Baptist Church on November 25th to be shipped.
